This is the time every year when we re-evaluate our lives and think about making changes. It’s the last few days of December and a NEW YEAR is dawning. Our thoughts centre around the areas of our lives we would like to change and improve.Did you have the same thoughts this time last year and every other year as long as you can remember ? If you are to succesfully make any changes you must set your goals and fully commit to the process. Look at your situation in it’s entirety. Career,business,family,relationships,friends,finances,hobbies,mental and physical health,fitness, spirituality,social life and quality of life. What areas do you really want to improve? Prioritize and set your goals in these areas. Why do you really want to make these changes? Be honest. What are the mental Blocks holding you back? Identify what has derailed you in the past after setting goals. Set you Goals and create your Action Plan. Remember you can do ANYTHING but you cannot do EVERYTHING.
Prioritize ruthlessly focus on 3 main Goals, working on one area will positively impact other areas. Be specific. What do you want to achieve? When do you want to achieve it ? Why is it important to you ? Plan and work on your strategy.
