HONESTY and APPRECIATION
MIND OVER MOUNTAINS
My first Book has been a hugely emotional undertaking for me. Some of the Chapters were really difficult as I bleed on my typewriter (at my publishers request!). Some of my life journey as I head in to my seventh decade has not been easy. However it has definetly been colourful. My Book gives a humble, honest, humane account of my journey. I left no stone unturned. I stripped myself bare and revealed my through feelings during the most challenging times. I also talk about my learnings how I built my resilience and transformed myself and my Life.
My hope and intention was that the reader would find hope and inspiration from my story and help him/her on their own journey of discovery. I also include some of my adventures and sporting challenges to date, to give a broader understanding of who I am and what I love doing. I have received hundreds of comments, emails, calls and text messages from many from all over Ireland, the UK, Australia and the USA. I will post a taste of some of the feedback over the next few weeks. If you have not read the Book – GET YOUR SKATES ON!!
We are currently going to print for the third time as I write.
