Goals & goal setting is very important for all of us. How are you at setting & achieving your goals ?Make daily goals around personal family or career,whatever you decide to make your goals about.

Celebrate your daily wins, Make week end goals & Monthly goals. Long term goals for end of the month & for 3/6 months time.Base your goals around what brings you joy & satisfaction.Don’t be aimlessly arsing around.

Make a plan,start with the small daily goals & work from there. You will feel much better as you begin to achieve them. The longer term goals won’t seem as daunting.
