ARE YOU STUPID ?
IS BUSY REALLY THE NEW STUPID? I read an article recently in FORBES on this topic. It really got me thinking.
Use of the word ‘STUPID’ is frowned open of course.
The article discussed being so ‘busy’ that it actually equals being less productive.
The more I Coach clients the more I realize that their first challenge is wasting time on activities & events that produce little value.
Leaving little or no room for other areas in their Lives.
Is that stupid ?
Look at YOUR OWN situation. How much time do you spend every day, every week, every month doing unimportant stuff? We live in a world where we are more connected than ever. Yet we don’t have time to go for a walk, meet up with a friend or just chill out.
Have you the chance to spend some quality time with loved ones, family & friends. What about your health & hobbies. Are you too busy being ‘stupid’?
If you had the opportunity to change or address being too busy, where would you start, what would you prioritize. When & where would you spend your time where would you start.
Time cannot be purchased,
so it should be valued highest, rather than lowest.
Manage what you do & how you spend that valuable commodity when planning your days & weeks.
Look at your life, look at your ‘busy’ time.
Prioritize in your order of importance.
